Plans for a final salute to Howard County Deputy Carl Koontz have been announced. Visitation will be held Monday, March 28, from 1 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Northwestern High School. A ceremony to honor his life will be held Tuesday, March 29, at Northwestern High School. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family and friends, Howard County residents & law enforcement who mourn his loss.
