Here is something you may not have known. You may be eating our hot dog all wrong. According to the National Hot Dog and Sausage Council (yes there is such a thing), it is absolutely unacceptable to use ketchup on your hot dog after the age of 18.
That’s right: If you’re an adult, no ketchup for you! Only mustard, relish, onions, cheese and chili are acceptable.
I don’t think the “hot dog police” will come to your next cookout to make sure you’re obeying this rule, so I will continue to put ketchup on my dogs ——- lots of ketchup!
