Colts’ Fan Appreciation Day is coming up on Sunday, December 22 and it could be your time to shine. Right now, fans can enter to lead the crowd with The Star-Spangled Banner at the game against the Carolina Panthers at Lucas Oil… just send them your info here by December 13.
According to WTHR, entrants must be at least 18, but parents may enter on behalf of their kids.
