User Emelee even stated that they were extremely accomodating to her food sensitivities. They use their Signature Grind of Sirloin, Chuck and Brisket as well as Locally sourced produce, some of which from their own CRG Grow Greenhouse. You can get appetizers, Chef Burgers, salads, desserts, cocktails and more.

Not only does the food taste good, it looks incredible! The recurring theme with the reviews left for Bakersfield is the attention to detail that the staff gives to the patrons.

Though the price may be a little higher than other restaurants that may offer the same type of options, reviewers say it is absolutely worth it.

Is there really a surprise that this restaurant is on the list? The food is great, the drinks are strong, and the environment is very unique. Now that’s not just me saying it – that is also echoed by Cassandra D in her review. This is a restaurant that if you say you’re from Indianapolis, people who’ve visited will say “WE LOVE ST ELMOS!” – and that would make it a great Valentine’s Day meal spot.

Priding themselves in house-brined and dredged Fried Chicken and Southern Sides, this is the peak of the comfort food mountain in Indianapolis. They source free range, all natural birds and offer sandwiches as well as signature Southern sides like hush puppies and mac n cheese. Of course, delicious food requires something to wash it all down with like their craft beer and classic cocktail offerings.
